Gregory Moshe Ethridge has worked for nearly 20 years in leadership roles in technology and business. Along with his leadership experience, he has a strong background in training, technology, and finance. Academically, Gregory holds Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Network and Security.

Rochelle Strauss, the Vice President and Co-Founder of Tikun Olam Charitable Foundation embarked on this meaningful journey driven by a shared dedication to assisting those in need. Rochelle is not only an ACE certified Coach but is also recognized by the International Coach Federation, specializing in Behavior Change. Her remarkable achievements extend beyond coaching, as she served as the former President of Boca Raton Toastmasters and earned accolades as an award-winning speaker. In addition to these accomplishments, Rochelle holds licenses as a PTA and a personal trainer.
